Ford recently announced its new Bring Back Bronco podcast, which is designed to provide the untold story of this iconic Ford SUV. This includes the automotive history of the Ford Bronco, its comeback, and fun facts about its design and engineering. You can find episodes on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and more.
The podcast will run for eight episodes, and is hosted by Sonari Glinton, a former NPR transportation and economics correspondent. Using a journalistic approach to tell listeners about the history of the Bronco, Glinton covers everything from the creation of the Bronco, its eventual cancellation, and some of its most legendary features.
“The Bronco is an iconic vehicle, with an unusual history of twists and turns, ascents and descents,” Ford Chief Communications Officer Mark Truby said. “It demands a fresh storytelling approach to shed light on what makes it special and so compelling to its huge fan base, as well as for new fans who will discover the rich history along with the new Broncos.”
You can also hear interviews with a wide range of subjects. This includes racers, restorers, and even one driver who drove the Bronco into the Arctic Circle as part of an expedition. The podcast also features Ford executives and designers who talk more about what it took to bring the Bronco back to life in the 21st century.
