Bronco Wild Fund to Help Protect the Environment

The Ford Bronco has always been inspired by the uncharted landscapes of America, and has been empowering adventurers to explore them since 1965 with its rugged nature. Now, alongside the launch of the much-awaited 2021 Bronco and Bronco Sport, Ford recently announced the Bronco Wild Fund, which will work to protect the environment through several avenues.

According to Ford, the Bronco Wild Fund aims to raise up to $5 million every year to support reforestation efforts, take care of trails, and benefit “outdoor and adventure scholarship programs through nonprofits dedicated to the preservation of our nation’s outdoors for generations to come.”

The first beneficiaries will be the National Forest Foundation — which oversees 193 million acres of national forests across America — and Outward Bounds USA — which works to educate young people and build character through “challenging outdoor experiences.”

A portion of the first year’s $5 million will come directly from sales of the 2021 Bronco and Bronco Sport, in addition to Ford merchandise.

Regarding the announcement, the Bronco brand’s marketing manager, Mark Grueber, said, “The Bronco Wild Fund will help Bronco owners and off-road enthusiasts connect with the outdoors on a deeper, more personal level – ultimately enabling them to become responsible stewards of our nation’s treasures.

If you want to take part in the Built Wild™ legacy and support a great cause, there’s still time to reserve a 2021 Ford Bronco or Bronco Sport from North Brothers Ford.
