Car and Driver recently chose the new Ford Mustang Mach-E as its 2021 EV of the Year. The all-electric SUV stood out from other EVs in the competition by being fun and valuable as well as for making drivers more excited about EVs.
According to Car and Driver, the Mustang Mach-E makes it easy to switch from a gas-powered car to an electric one. The 2021 Mach-E has a price that’s comparable to its gas-powered counterparts, and with 305 miles of range, you can travel around Michigan without having to worry about charging.*
On the inside, the SUV has more than enough headroom and legroom for everyone to stay comfortable. It even offers a front trunk with 4.7 cubic feet of extra storage space for muddy shoes or dripping umbrellas.
Car and Driver also notes that the Mach-E is incredibly fun to drive. In fact, the Mach-E GT Performance Edition can go 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds.** And its powertrain can reach up to 480 horsepower and 634 lb-ft of torque.
